Automation for SMBs Panelists:
Tim DeGrasse is the Vice President of Sales for Applied Engineering, a versatile manufacturing firm that caters to a wide range of industries, including semiconductor, life sciences, medical device, clean energy, robotics, and emerging technologies. Prior to his position with Applied Engineering, Tim spent several years with Universal Robots.
Alex Huckstepp is the co-founder of Uptool, a recently founded startup building software for machine shops. His passion and experience intersect engineering and manufacturing technology. Alex has spent his career helping the most innovative manufacturers to implement new technologies to modernize, upgrade, and accelerate their engineering, manufacturing, and business processes.
Simon Lapeyry is the Head of Revenue at Intrinsic, an Alphabet/Google company that is unlocking a new wave of robotics automation through AI. His main focus has been in automating use cases that were previously technically or economically unfeasible, such as high-mix/low-volume, via a combination of AI technologies and innovative business models.
Krishna Rajagopal is an advisor to the C-suite. For more than a decade, he has fulfilled the roles of interim CEO and/or COO for a variety of manufacturing companies. He has helped more than a dozen manufacturing companies implement new technology, including robotics and AI. Prior to his work as an advisor, Krishna was the managing partner and owner of a manufacturing company for more than 15 years.
