WiMST Facility Tour of Kairos Power

Their first event will be held on Friday, August 23, 2 to 4p.m. with a factory tour of Kairos Power in Alameda.

Kairos Power is a mission-driven company working to commercialize advanced reactor technology in time to make an impact on climate change. At the company’s headquarters in Alameda, engineers and technicians conduct rapid prototyping and testing to optimize components, systems, and processes through iterative learning cycles. On-site manufacturing capabilities, including welding, fabrication, and CNC machining, make it all possible. Meet the Kairos Power manufacturing team and learn how they’re helping to deploy a clean energy solution with robust safety at an affordable cost.

Those who are employed in manufacturing skilled trades and students in local community college and high school programs are welcome.
