Join the Association of Manufacturers Bay Area
AMBayArea fosters connections and thought leadership among Bay Area manufacturers. Through membership, manufacturers become part of a collaborative community, gaining priority access and discounted registration for events designed to connect and inform manufacturing executives. Membership is exclusive to manufacturers. Non-manufacturers can explore sponsorship opportunities to support programming for the manufacturing community while enhancing their brand visibility and building connections with local manufacturers.
AMBayArea Summit
The annual AMBayArea Summit is held in April at Chabot Space & Science Center in Oakland and features a keynote, multiple breakout sessions, networking, awards, and more. AMBayArea’s largest event, which is held from 1 to 7 p.m., brings together manufacturing executives, supply chain members, and subject matter experts, as well as valued partners from education and government.
AMBayArea Forums
AMBayArea forums are held in January and September. The events are from 3 to 6 p.m., feature a keynote speaker, breakout session, tours, and happy hour providing Bay Area manufacturing executives with the opportunity to connect and learn at the end of the work day.
Women in Manufacturing Skilled Trades Symposium
The Women in Manufacturing Skilled Trades (WiMST) Symposium is held in February at a Bay Area community college. The event provides manufacturers and educators an opportunity to discuss recruiting more women into the manufacturing skilled trades. Speakers and attendees share best practices and explore ideas to improve the recruitment of women into the industry.
AMBayArea Mixers
AMBayArea partners with manufacturers to host mixers at facilities throughout the Bay Area. Mixers provide manufacturing executives the opportunity to tour facilities and network with fellow industry leaders over happy hour.
