Ryan Kelly is part of The Association for Manufacturing Technology’s senior management team. AMT is a non-profit trade group dedicated to strengthening the U.S. industrial base through the application of manufacturing technology. A key challenge in manufacturing is that the pace of technological innovations outpaces the industry’s ability to absorb them. To help address this problem, Ryan has established AMT’s first West Coast facility in San Francisco to increase the manufacturing industry’s techno-metabolism through educational programs, pilot projects, and stronger ties between the manufacturing and emerging technology communities. Prior to working with AMT, Ryan held product, operations, and business development roles at MakeTime and Xometry.

Chabot Space & Science Center is located in Oakland within Redwood Regional Park. From Highway 13, take the Joaquin Miller exit. Turn left at Monterey Blvd and take the 1st left onto Lincoln Ave. Continue onto Joaquin Miller Rd then turn left at the Skyline Blvd traffic light. Take Skyline 1.5 miles to the Center. Turn right into the driveway at the sign.
